My journey into technology began with a love for Data Science from a young age. My background is in Psychology which gave me a unique lens for problem-solving, teaching me to look beyond the data to understand the human-side of every technical challenge. It allows me to bridge the gap between complex systems and the people they're built to serve.
As a leader, I'm passionate about fostering autonomous, collaborative teams and building solutions that are not just technically robust, but also elegant and meaningful.
